PHYSICAL THERAPY THAT GOES

Beyond recovery

Your pain is keeping you from doing what you love. Let’s get you out of the clinic for good and back to your life.

Whether you’re returning to the field, the gym, or simply your daily routine, our one-on-one, performance-focused rehab helps you come back stronger—fully healed, resilient, and ready to move forward with confidence.

At our practice, “good enough” isn’t good enough. We draw from deep experience working with competitive athletes and apply the same high standard of care to every patient we treat.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Performance rehab is for you

You're recovering from a recent orthopedic or sports injury

You’ve “graduated” from rehab elsewhere but still don’t feel 100%

You want to avoid surgery or re-injury through proactive treatment

You’ve been told to stop doing something you love—but you're not ready to give up

You're an athlete at any level looking to return to full performance

You're an active adult who simply wants to move well, stay strong, and keep doing what you love for years to come

HOW WE DO IT

Rehab Sessions

All of our physical therapy sessions include a movement assessment, hands-on manual therapy as needed, and progressive strength and mobility programming. We also integrate advanced tools and interventions based on your injury, needs, and goals.

90-Minute Evaluation
A comprehensive one-on-one assessment to understand your injury, goals, movement patterns, and baseline function.

60-Minute Follow-Up Sessions
Our standard rehab session: hands-on treatment, corrective exercise, and progressive strength and mobility work tailored to your plan.

30-Minute Follow-Up Sessions
Available at your provider’s discretion for specific manual therapy treatments like dry needling or soft tissue work.

Special Interventions and Technology

  • This non-invasive treatment uses acoustic pressure waves to stimulate healing in soft tissues like tendons and fascia. It’s especially effective for chronic injuries such as plantar fasciitis, tendinopathy, and scar tissue buildup.

  • A skilled technique that uses thin filiform needles to release muscle tension, improve mobility, and reduce pain. When paired with electrical stimulation, it can also enhance neuromuscular activation and speed recovery.

  • BFR uses specialized cuffs to temporarily restrict blood flow during low-load strength exercises. This stimulates muscle growth and strength gains while reducing joint stress—ideal during early rehab phases or for athletes returning from injury.

  • (Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation)

PowerDot uses electrical impulses to activate muscles and enhance strength, circulation, and recovery. It’s a smart, app-connected device that we use to support targeted reactivation or recovery between strength phases.

Advanced Assessment and Recovery

  • A cutting-edge tool for measuring hamstring strength and imbalance—key for both injury prevention and safe return-to-sport following lower body injuries, especially for sprinting and field athletes.

  • These measure how you distribute and generate force during movements like squats or jumps, helping us assess asymmetries, readiness, and progress over time with objective data.

  • (used for running-related injuries)

Motion sensors and high-speed video work together to capture detailed running mechanics. We use this data to identify inefficiencies, guide rehab, and reduce risk of re-injury in runners.

  • These dynamic compression boots help reduce soreness and swelling while boosting circulation—ideal for post-session recovery or managing fatigue in high-volume training phases.Item description

  • Used during or after your session, these devices deliver targeted percussive massage to reduce tension, promote circulation, and help muscles feel looser and more mobile.

“Smart, professional, kind and dedicated. That’s how I describe the team at Wolfe. The facility is spacious and well equipped. While the circumstances surrounding an injury can be difficult in many ways, it sure is a major relief to know who to turn to in a time of need!”
