Our gait assessment uses Run DNA’s advanced 3D motion analysis to capture detailed insights into how you move, frame by frame. This isn’t just video feedback — it’s precise data on joint angles, stride mechanics, loading patterns, and asymmetries that impact your performance.
What sets our approach apart is that you’re not interpreting this data alone. You’ll be guided by a licensed physical therapist who specializes in working with runners. We combine the tech with expert clinical eyes to pinpoint what’s working, what’s not, and what to change — whether that’s through form cues, strength work, or shoe recommendations. Our 5,000 sq ft facility is equipped to support every aspect of your running performance. With both a TrueForm Runner and traditional treadmill, we’re able to capture detailed gait data using RunDNA technology right in the clinic. Runners also have access to free weights, squat racks, plyo boxes, BFR cuffs, balance tools, and more—ideal for strength, mobility, and return-to-run programming.
The space includes private treatment rooms for hands-on care when needed, and recovery tools like Normatec compression boots and percussion massage devices to help you bounce back between sessions.
