OUR APPROACH
Three Phases of Care
Create Space Every patient relationship starts with time and attention. Our 90-minute evaluations are designed to understand the full story — not just your symptoms, but your goals, history, and daily demands. This space allows us to build trust, identify patterns, and treat the whole person, not just the injury.
Assess Systematically We conduct a comprehensive movement and orthopedic assessment to identify the root cause of your pain or dysfunction. This includes testing mobility, strength, motor control, and biomechanics. We don’t stop at what hurts — we look for why it hurts, so we can address the issue at its source.
Equip You to Keep Moving Treatment goes beyond symptom relief. We help you build the strength, skill, and awareness needed to avoid future setbacks and perform at a higher level. That includes education, progressive exercise, and a clear plan that puts you in control of your recovery.
OUR FOUNDATION
What We Believe
At the heart of our work is a deep respect for the people who trust us with their care. We believe physical therapy should be personal, proactive, and rooted in relationships. That means we take time to understand your story, tailor our approach to your needs, and walk alongside you every step of the way.
We hold ourselves to high standards — in clinical care, communication, and outcomes — and we’re always learning. Curiosity drives our growth; humility keeps us grounded. We’re committed to showing up with excellence in every session, for every patient.
And we believe progress, no matter how small, is always worth celebrating — because every step forward is a win.
“I am actually cared for as a person, not just another client walking in.”

-
Yes. You’re welcome to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for eligible services.
-
No Problem! We work with active adults of all ages and ability levels—from runners and weekend warriors to parents, hikers, and people looking to stay strong and resilient as they age.

Rehab sessions are for patients recovering from pain or injury and may be eligible for insurance reimbursement. Performance sessions are structured like personal training, with the same one-on-one attention and clinical expertise, but they are not considered medical services and are not reimbursable.
-
Most patients begin with weekly or twice-weekly sessions and then taper down as they improve. We’ll tailor a plan based on your goals, your availability, and how you’re progressing.
-
A physician referral is not necessary to work with us. We can schedule an evaluation appointment as soon as you're ready. However, our therapists are always happy to collaborate with any other healthcare professionals you are working with to ensure the best care possible for you.
-
Dress comfortably – shorts, t-shirt or sports bra, and your preferred running or training shoes. You don't need to bring anything else with you, but please complete our intake forms online before your first appointment.
Why we don’t take insurance
and why that might be a good thing for you.
Using your out-of-network benefits can be confusing. We created a free guide that walks you through what all of this means, breaks down the true cost of in-network vs. out-of-network care, and teaches you how to file a reimbursement claim with your provider.
Traditional outpatient PT clinics often see 2–3 patients per hour to stay profitable under insurance reimbursement rates. That means less 1-on-1 time, cookie-cutter care, and longer overall timelines to recovery.
At our clinic, every session is fully one-on-one, for the full scheduled time, with a licensed physical therapist. We’re able to use the most advanced techniques and tools without worrying about whether insurance will approve them. That means better care, better outcomes, and fewer visits overall.
A recent study in Health Services Research found that patients receiving physical therapy in an out-of-network model had greater functional improvement and fewer total visits compared to those in insurance-based care.
