Strength & Mobility Training

  • Our individualized programs are designed around the specific demands of your sport and position. We address mobility restrictions, build sport-specific strength, and correct movement patterns that can limit performance or lead to injury. With deep integration of “pre-hab” strategies, this isn’t just training — it’s smart, sustainable development.

    Includes:

    • Strength and mobility programming aligned to your sport-specific goals

    • In-person training and virtual support

    • Regular progression and expert adjustments

  • $175 | 60 minute in-person session with remote programming included between appointments

Group Training Sessions

  • Train in a competitive, focused environment alongside other driven athletes. Our group and semi-private sessions build strength, speed, mobility, and durability using personalized programming delivered in a small-group format. Led by licensed physical therapists and performance specialists, these sessions push athletes to perform at their best — safely and consistently.

    Includes:

    • More affordable per-client rates

    • Great for athletes already playing on a team together

    • Pushing one another to work hard

Return-to Performace

  • Done with rehab doesn’t mean done recovering. Our return-to-play services help bridge the critical gap between injury recovery and full performance readiness.

    We provide strength and movement training that supports healing, restores confidence, and gradually increases sport-specific load to get athletes back in the game — and keep them there.

    Includes:

    • Individual sessions overseen by a Physical therapist

    • Expert-led progressions and performance tracking

    • Targeted home exercises to complete between sessions

    • Professional communication with coaches and doctors as needed

Online Arm Care Program

  • Shoulder and elbow injuries are common — but they’re not inevitable. Our arm care program is built by physical therapists with extensive baseball backgrounds and designed for pitchers and position players at all levels.

    Access mobility work, strength programming, and pre-throwing routines you can complete anywhere — all tailored to keep your arm strong, balanced, and ready for the demands of a full season.

OnBaseU is a movement-based assessment system developed specifically for pitchers and rotational athletes. It uses high-speed video analysis to evaluate how physical limitations—like mobility or stability issues—may be affecting your mechanics, timing, and efficiency on the mound.

Unlike typical pitching lessons, our approach is guided by licensed physical therapists who are also strength and conditioning specialists.
