You don’t have to be an elite athlete to train like one. Our 1-on-1 strength training services are designed for active adults who want to build resilience, stay out of pain, and move confidently—whether you're coming off rehab or simply working toward a more active life.
With expert guidance from licensed physical therapists who specialize in strength and conditioning, you’ll receive a custom, progressive training plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. We train in person at our fully outfitted clinic and provide supplemental home programming between sessions to keep you moving forward.

Your home for getting stronger.
We train out of a bright, inviting 5,000 sq ft facility equipped with everything you need to build strength safely: squat racks, free weights, balance tools, plyo boxes, BFR cuffs, and more. You'll also have access to recovery tools like Normatec compression boots and percussion massage devices.
Each session takes place 1-on-1 in the gym or private treatment rooms, depending on your needs. You don’t need to be an expert or a competitor—you just need to be ready to move.
